Skipper admits failure to provide food and rest for foreign seamen
A local court case has seen a boat skipper admit to serious safety breaches. The skipper appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and has now pled guilty to failing to provide adequate food and rest for foreign seamen.
The boat skipper Tom Nicholson Jr pled guilty at Hamilton Sheriff Court to an offence under maritime health and safety regulations.
